All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Texas, USA. Orders placed before 1pm CST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends ship the next business day.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Most orders show movement within 24 hours of being shipped. If you don't see updates after 48 hours, please reach out to us.

Our 60-day return window

We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery. If the product isn't right for you, we'll refund your order — even if the bottle is partially used.

To start a return:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs (if any were charged) are not refundable, but return shipping is covered by us for any reason within the 60-day window.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost, with no return required.

Subscription orders

If you've subscribed to recurring deliveries, you can pause, skip, or cancel at any time from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees or minimum commitments. Refunds on subscription orders follow the same 60-day policy.
